SNSYS started as an internal project at SigBridge, a property management company in Atlanta that was drowning in disconnected tools.
We had cameras from one vendor, phones from another, a CRM that nobody updated, and a spreadsheet for tracking overdue rent. Every new property meant more logins, more dashboards, more things falling through the cracks.
So we started building. First a camera system with AI analytics. Then an AI receptionist that actually sounded human. Then a revenue recovery engine that collected overdue invoices without awkward phone calls.
By the time we had ten tools running in our own buildings, other businesses started asking if they could use them too. That's when SNSYS became a product.
