How is this different from a collection agency?
We're automation acting as your own business, not a third-party collector. Calls and texts come from a number registered in your business name. Your customer never hears the word "collections" or interacts with anyone claiming to be a debt collector. Legally, that puts us outside the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, which governs third-party collectors. We're the equivalent of your staff making follow-up calls, just automated.
What does the voice AI say to my customer? Can I hear it?
Yes, there's a sample above on this page. The script is polite, professional, and payment-focused. We identify as your business, state the invoice and amount, and offer the customer a way to pay or talk to you. We don't threaten, pressure, or use collection-agency language.
Will my customer know it's automation?
We don't announce it. We don't deny it either if asked directly. Most customers treat it the same way they treat any automated business call from a service they use.
What happens if my customer disputes the invoice?
Outreach on that invoice pauses the moment we detect a dispute in the conversation or text reply. We notify you, you confirm whether to resume with softer dispute-specific messaging, adjust, or close the invoice.
What if I don't want you to contact a specific customer?
You can exclude any customer or any specific invoice from our dashboard. Outreach halts immediately.
What data do you pull from QuickBooks?
Read-only access to invoices, customers, and payments. We don't make any changes to your QB records. We use invoice data (amount, due date, customer), customer contact info (phone, email), and payment status so we know when to stop.
What do you need if I upload an AR report instead?
Whatever report your accounting system exports. QB, Xero, FreshBooks CSVs work automatically. Excel and PDF work too. If we can read the invoice number, customer, amount, and aging, we can work it.
How do I cancel?
One toggle in your dashboard. Outreach stops immediately. No notice period required, no cancellation fee.
How and when do I pay SNSYS?
We invoice monthly for the 10% fee on what was recovered that month. Customer payments flow directly to you through your normal processor. We never touch the money.
Do you report to credit bureaus?
No. Never. We are not a credit reporter.
Are you FDCPA-regulated?
FDCPA regulates third-party debt collectors. We're a first-party service acting on your behalf, not a third-party collector. So FDCPA doesn't apply to us. You as the original creditor retain your normal rights to follow up on your own invoices. We're just automating that follow-up.
What if you don't recover anything?
You pay nothing. That's the whole model.
