Managed IT · Remote Workforce

The office network, shipped to every remote worker.

A small box arrives at each employee's door. They plug it into power and their home internet. Their work network comes online in minutes: private WiFi, an encrypted line to company systems, and our team watching it around the clock. The office keeps the network it already runs.

How It Works

Plugged in by the employee. Run by us.

Enterprise gear from Ubiquiti's UniFi platform, the same hardware we install in offices, clinics, and churches. Each unit is built for its employee before it ever ships.

The Remote Workforce kit: gateway, power supply, and cable
01

We build it at our bench

Work WiFi name, security policy, and the encrypted tunnel are loaded onto each unit at our operations center. It leaves our hands knowing exactly which company and which employee it belongs to.

02

The employee plugs it in

Power, then one cable to the router they already have at home. The work network appears within minutes. There are no apps to install and no settings for them to touch.

Every unit reports to us

Our operations center sees each worker's connection health in real time. IT leadership gets one dashboard for the whole remote team, and most problems get fixed before anyone calls.

At Headquarters
The office bridge, a UniFi Cloud Gateway Ultra
Included Free

The office bridge works with the network you already run.

One small gateway plugs into a spare port on the existing network. It dials out to our operations center on its own, so the firewall and every setting the office depends on stay exactly as they are.

Remote workers come through the bridge to reach the file server, internal apps, and printers the company chooses to publish. Unplug it and the office network is untouched, as if we were never there.

The Hardware

Questions

Asked on almost every call.

We already have a VPN. Why change?

Keep it as long as you like. Most companies start us with a pilot group and compare support tickets after a month. A managed box has no client software to break, and the home network problems that eat IT time land on our bench instead.

What can SNSYS see inside an employee's home?

The work network only. The unit we ship carries the work WiFi and the encrypted tunnel. The household's own WiFi, personal phones, laptops, and TVs stay on the family router, invisible to us and to the employer.

Does the office need new equipment?

The bridge is the only addition, and we supply it free. It occupies one network port and one outlet, and it dials out to our operations center on its own. The network and firewall the office runs today stay in place.

What happens when a unit fails?

We ship a pre-configured replacement overnight where carriers allow. Swapping it is the same two cables. Replacement hardware is included in the monthly price.

Where does SNSYS serve?

Kits ship to remote workers anywhere in the United States, and headquarters can be anywhere in the country too. Our operations center runs the fleet remotely either way.

See the kit on a 15-minute call.

We will walk through the kit, the dashboard, and a price for your headcount. If it fits, the first units ship the same week.
